Our Purpose

Welcome to Babies Can’t Wait, Georgia's statewide system for infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays or disabilities, as well as for their families. This site was developed as a resource for parents, physicians, therapists, childcare providers, and anyone else who cares for and loves Georgia’s children. It has a special emphasis on children from birth to age 3.

The documents and resources within this web site have been carefully gathered to assist families and professionals as they seek knowledge and resources regarding the best care and support for Georgia’s children. The program was also recently redesigned to help ensure that Babies Can’t Wait provides support to children and families in an efficient and effective manner. Why go through the effort to make these changes? Because…Georgia’s Families Matter.
